Gasping for air . . . double billed - TWO MONTHS IN A ROW! (breathe!!!) Refund takes 2 months - or (per their suggestion) just leave it to be applied to the next month's bill since we won't see our money before then anyway. So I guess we're a few months ahead on the bright side??? Ouch! No supervisor to be found. Return call from overseas. No solution! Aggghhh! Not like we exactly saved up to pay double electric bills just for the fun of it. Ugh!
